What I built. A sales dashboard tracking rep-level revenue, quota attainment, and auto-calculated commissions, with every number traceable to its source.

Problem. Leadership reviewed performance from a dozen disconnected spreadsheets — every meeting started with "whose number is right?"

What I built. A Looker Studio executive dashboard consolidating revenue, operations, and workforce KPIs from multiple sources, refreshed automatically.

Outcome. One screen, one truth — monthly reviews start with decisions, not reconciliation.

Automated Reporting System

Problem. Weekly and monthly reports consumed days of manual copy-paste across teams.

What I built. Google Sheets + Apps Script pipelines that pull, clean, consolidate, and distribute reports on schedule — no human in the loop.

Outcome. Hours of repetitive work per week reduced to zero; reports arrive before anyone asks.

HR Attrition & Workforce Dashboard

Problem. Leadership across 7 countries had no single source of truth for attrition and headcount.

What I built. A multi-tab web app — YTD attrition, historical trends, business-unit analytics, weekly tracking, and forecasting, with chunked caching that cut load times dramatically.

Outcome. One self-serve portal replacing scattered spreadsheets, used for monthly leadership reviews. Live demo below.
